Island Girl Excellence

I have found a few key ingredients to excelling at what you do and they are quite simple – be honest, work hard and do what you say you will. The practice of those morals have allowed me to excel in the passions I put into my life and still find balance for God and family. I have spent the greatest amount of time selling real estate- over 10 years. First in Colorado then in Nov. of 2013, I activated my Florida license and have grown it rapidly from there. I am proud to say in my first year of real estate in Florida I received the Exceptional Realtor Award from the Englewood on the Gulf Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors, then in December of 2015 I received the “Rising Star” Award from the Englewood on the Gulf Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors. This has included nearly doubling my sales and number of transactions in less than two years. I am proud to be a 5 Star Premier Zillow Agent as well. With the exposure and excellence in marketing and social media I have incredible results in quick and closed sales. I am experienced in new construction/custom home building including finding the perfect lot. Along with waterfront homes, resale homes and sometimes a little bit of everything in between, such as docks and airport hangers. My personal assistant Denise and I are honored to work and live in such an amazing paradise.

Our love of the water, sun and sand led our family to truly experience Florida living. We have had homes on the water, lived on a boat (a 52′ motor yacht) in a marina – that is really experiencing “water life” and lived near the beach. Since my husband is a Captain and Contractor, this allows me to show homes easily on water and get expert insight on home construction. Since we spend a great deal of time on the water, I am very familiar with the islands and canals including the amenities they have to offer. I love sharing my knowledge and touring the waters and peninsula with our new friends and clients.  I look forward to assisting you in finding your luxury home in our piece of paradise.
