Kelsey moved to Boca Grande in 1998 from York, Pennsylvania. She Graduated from Lemon Bay High School and continued on to Major in Accounting at Florida Gulf Coast University.

While attending Florida Gulf Coast University, Kelsey got her feet wet as a Property Manager/Rental Agent on Boca Grade. There she grew to love the client interaction and developed a high level of experience and professionalism.

After pursuing a career in Accounting, Kelsey knew her heart was in Real Estate. Kelsey lived in Boca Grande/Placida for the past 18 years and has worked in Real Estate for the past 9. Although she’s worked primarily in the Placida/Boca Grande market, she’s also very knowledgeable with Englewood/Rotonda Markets.

Kelsey’s extensive knowledge of both our market and area, combined with her professionalism, likability, and enthusiasm makes the buying and selling process painless resulting in a successful real estate experience.

Kelsey and her fiancé Nic have owned a successful Commercial and Residential Cleaning Service since 2010. They’ve also had success buying and selling fixer-uppers. In their free time, they escape to their family’s cabin tucked away in the Smokey Mountains with their two Labradors. The two plan to wed in February of 2016.
