As part of a full service boutique style real estate brokerage with offices in four strategically great locations, I have access to the tools and services to ensure a successful transaction.

Let me tell you a little bit about my background:
I was born and raised in Switzerland, a neutral country best known for its famous mountains, such as the Matterhorn, for its precision watches and for the wonderful chocolate. I grew up in Zurich where I majored in accounting and economy.

In 1999 I moved to Florida together with my partner Andre whose expertise is in residential custom design and coastal construction. Once in the United States, I received my Realtor’s license in 2001. Since then I have worked and lived on the Cape Haze Peninsula. I love being a Realtor because it means I get the opportunity to work with people.

I am fluent in German and English and speak some Spanish, Italian and French. Being able to communicate in several languages allows me to sell to buyers from overseas. Together with a group of professionals, I travel to Europe twice a year to talk as a key-note speaker about our fantastic Real Estate opportunities to interested investors at special Florida Sun Seminars. During these road shows, I introduce prospective buyers to our unique area. Overseas buyers enjoy the opportunity to make their investments and decisions in their first language.

My second business Sunny Dreams Factory LLC provides first class property management and vacation rental services. In the meantime, my reliable and detail oriented team and I have over 45 properties in our rental program. Sometimes our vacationers do not want to leave our area and they let me help them find a new nest in sunny South West Florida.

Andre and I share our home with two large dogs, a cat and 2 rescue horses. We love spending time with our family and grandkids, taking long walks on the beach and boating. Both of us became proud US Citizens in 2009.
